Nancy W. Sleeth, 71, of Baldwinsville, daughter of Howard Wallace and Veronica Lynch, passed away Friday, June 19, 2015, with her family by her side. She had lived in the central New York area all of her life. Nancy was a 1961 graduate of Onondaga Valley Academy and graduated with a RN degree from Crouse Irving Hospital School of Nursing in 1964. She also graduated in 1976 from Upstate University College of Health Related Professions with a degree as a Gerontologic Nurse Practitioner.

Nancy was predeceased by a brother, Michael Wallace and a grandson, Andrew Sleeth.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, John C. Sleeth; her children, Jennifer Wainman-Sauda of Baldwinsville, Daniel John Sleeth of Baldwinsville and Pamela Sleeth of Syracuse; 7 grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron, Megan, Riley, Holly, Galen and Graceanne; a sister, Kathleen Wallace of Liverpool; a brother, James Wallace of Syracuse; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours are 11:00am – 1:00pm Saturday, June 27, 2015, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville with a service to follow.
