Nancy A. Houck, 77, passed away Friday, October 4 with her family by her side. She was born in Syracuse to Edward and Helen Pfohl. She graduated from Baldwinsville High School and attended St. Mary's School of Nursing. She retired from the Syracuse School District, after 20 years as a teacher's assistant. Nancy was a lifetime member of the First Presbyterian Church in Baldwinsville. She enjoyed camping, arts and crafts, and spending winters on Anna Maria Island, Florida with her husband. Nancy especially loved spending time with her three daughters and their families.

Nancy is predeceased by her parents and sister, Patricia Ferguson.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Leonard Houck; children, Sue Hall (Patrick Chalone), Timothy Sauro (Kim Semle), Theresa (Andrew) Powell, and Karen Crowell (Rodney Bliss); 19 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 1 niece and nephew.

Calling hours are 4-7 pm Tuesday, October 8 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Service is 10 am, October 9 at the First Presbyterian Church, 64 Oswego St, Baldwinsville. Burial is in Riverview Cemetery.
