Nancy H. Azzoto, 58, passed away Friday, November 30, after a long illness. She was born in Syracuse, NY to Henry and Helen Piascik Sakowski. Nancy worked for JP Morgan for 18 years and Aspen Dental for the last 7 years. She enjoyed puzzles, classic rock, cooking, being outdoors by the pool, and family and friends. Nancy especially loved her dog and grand dogs.

Nancy is predeceased by her father, Henry Sakowski and sister, Sandra Letizio.

Nancy is survived by her children, Nicole and Brandon Azzoto; grandchildren, Harper and Greyson; mother, Helen Sakowski; and sister, Janet Coulter.

A Funeral Mass will be 11 am Wednesday, December 5, at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville. Private burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
