Mildred L. Rathbun, 74, of Fulton, formerly of Baldwinsville, died peacefully Friday, November 21, 2003 at her home. She was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville many years before moving to Fulton. Mrs. Rathbun was a retired employee of Syroco. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Lloyd F. Rathbun, Sr. in 2001 and a son, Lloyd F., Jr. in 2001.

Survivors: four daughters, Lori Woodworth of Fulton, Lee Ashby of Baldwinsville, Ruth Bell of Fulton and Susan Briggs of Syracuse; a son, Frank Rathbun of Plainville; a daughter-in-law, Annette Rathbun of Baldwinsville; two sisters, Margaret Jones and Doris Stagger; two brothers, Walter and Lynn Recore; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services: Committal services will be at 11:00am Wednesday, November 26, 2003 in Jacksonville Cemetery.
