Michael G. Ledford, Sr., 53, of Syracuse passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015. He was born in Syracuse, raised in Baldwinsville and graduated from Baker High School in 1980. Mike was employed with Crucible Steel for 29½ years. "He was a self made man." An avid out doors man, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends camping and boating at Sandy Pond.

Michael is survived by his wife of 23 years, Debra A. Prahl Ledford; his children,Michael (Samantha) Ledford, Jr.. and Kaliegh Ledford; his sister, Sandra (John) O'Neill; two brothers, James H. (Kelley) Ledford and Dana (Deb) Ledford; his stepmother, Mary Ledford; his mother-in-law, Dee Prahl; Brother-in-law, Rick (Margaret) Prahl; several nieces and nephews.
