Michael J. Cerio, 82, of Baldwinsville passed away Friday, November 11, 2016, at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. He was born and raised in Syracuse, moving to Baldwinsville in 1956. Mike is the retired owner of Mike Cerio & Sons Moving & Storage. He was a member of the Onondaga County Sheriff's Special Deputies for many years and had served in the US Navy and Marine Reserves. Mike was also a NY State trapper for the Dept. of Conservation.

Mike was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Rose Lella Cerio and a brother, Joseph Cerio.

Survivors: his wife of 61 years Dolores G. Cerio; his sons, Robert J., Michael R. (Jackie), Joseph N. and Daniel J. (Ellie) his sister, Marianne (Ted) Aksterowicz; his brother, Dick Cerio; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Services: 10:00 am Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
