Maureen "Mo" Corrigan Nosik, 62, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away peacefully on the morning of August 25, 2024, while at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Maureen was born February 9, 1962, in Amherst, NY, daughter of the late Louis and Margaret (Downing) Corrigan. She graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1980 and went on to obtain her bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Buffalo in 1984.

Maureen is survived by her devoted husband of 37 years, Robert S. Nosik, her beloved daughter, Katherine (Nicholas) Hagan, siblings, Thomas (Kelly) Corrigan, Suzanne Corrigan, Robert (Jodi Terry) Corrigan, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Maureen dedicated 33 years to her career to OCRRA in Liverpool, NY, acquiring many friends over the years and hiring many of the current staff, until her retirement in November of 2023.

A devout Catholic and parishioner of St. Mary's of the Assumption in Baldwinsville, NY, Maureen was a choir member for over 20 years and served as a cantor for 10 of those years. In addition to her active volunteer work to the funeral services committee, she was a religious education teacher, and Eucharistic minister for many years.

Maureen was an avid reader who enjoyed classic movies, history, varying genres of music, and had an affinity for the arts, passions she shared with her late mother and daughter. Her favorite pastimes were landscaping, decorating, going on walks, and spending summer evenings on her back porch with her husband, and chatting or laughing endlessly about any and everything with her daughter.

She will be remembered as a wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend of unwavering faith, great poise, dignity, and an unmatched sense of humor and wit, with an unending sense of compassion.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, from 4 - 7 p.m at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.

A prayer service will be held on Saturday, August 31, at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary' s Church, 47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville.

Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
