Matthew T. Jones, 19, of Baldwinsville passed away Saturday evening, January 9, at University Hospital. Matthew's wishes were fulfilled when he was able to donate his organs. He was born in Syracuse and attended Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square. Matt enjoyed Lacrosse, Soccer, Snowboarding, Basketball and Skateboarding.

Survivors: his mother and stepfather, Annette and David Baker of Clayton, NC; his father, Scott T. Jones of Baldwinsville; brothers William H. Smart of Phoenix and Christopher Jones of Fulton; sisters, Miranda Zimmer-Jones and Trinity Zimmer-Jones both of Syracuse; maternal grandmother, Hilda F. Calkins of Baldwinsville and maternal grandfather, Earl W. Calkins, Sr. of Central Square; paternal grandfather, Harry "Tom" Bell of Fulton; step-brothers, Fred Baker of Greensboro, NC and Don Banks of Baldwinsville; step-sister, Brandi Edmunson of Greensboro, NC; step-sisters, Amanda Segerlind of Baldwinsville, Amber Smart of Cato, and their father William H. Smart, Sr. of Phoenix, NY; and several aunts, uncles and cousins including Samuel Palmisano of Baldwinsville.

Services: Calling hours are 2-5pm Wednesday, January 13, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. Services to follow. Spring burial at Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander.
