Mary E. Drummond Carroll, 68, of Birchwood Boulevard, Van Buren, died Saturday at Francis House. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of Most Holy Rosary High School and St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing. She retired in 1997 after more than 40 years as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. She was a communicant of St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. Her husband, Joseph A., died in 1986.

Survivors: A daughter, Debra A. Snell of Baldwinsville; a son, Patrick of Woodstock, Ga.; a brother, James Drummond of Lake Worth, Fla.

Services: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Falardeau Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Augustine's Church. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
