Martin D. Ryan, 78, of Baldwinsville died Sunday, January 26, 2003. He was born in Baldwinsville. He was a sheep rancher on Connors Road in Baldwinsville for 43 years and retired in 1960 from Crucible Steel Co. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Baldwinsville and a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors: His wife of 58 years, the former Kathleen Brooks; a daughter, Diana L. Ogden of Jamesville; a son, Charles M. of Baldwinsville; a sister, Katherine Warner of Baldwinsville; a brother, John C. of Florida; a grandchild; two great-grandchildren.

Services: Private. Spring burial, Kingdom Cemetery. No calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has arrangements.
