Martha L. "Marty" Shay, 84, of Baldwinsville died Sunday, November 20, 2005 at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Hastings, NY and has lived in the Baldwinsville area most of her life. She worked as secretary in the Guidance Office at Baker High School in Baldwinsville a number of years and was also an avid gardener. She is predeceased by her husband Martin J. and a son, Martin E.

Survivors: two sons, Daniel P. of Greenfield Center, NY and William M. of Clifton Park, NY; a sister, Ethel Richberg of Newtown, PA; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and 8 nieces and nephews.

Services are private. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville at the convenience of the family. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
