Marion "Gert" Schillo Kurtz, 83, formerly of Conifer Drive, Baldwinsville died Monday, August 29, 2005 at Rosewood Heights Health Center. She was a native and life resident of the Syracuse area. Gert was a retired employee of Muench-Kreuzer Candle Co. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church and a member of the Canton Woods Senior Center. Gert was predeceased by her husband Carl in 1979 and a son, Charles in 1998.

Survivors: three sons, John of Saratoga Springs, Richard and Michael; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Services: 10:00 am Friday, September 2, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are 5-8pm Thursday, September 1, 2005 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
