Margaret Tomaszewski, 80, of N. Syracuse, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at home. She was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville most of her life. She worked as a nurse's aid at the Franciscan Mother House in Syracuse for many years. She was a past member of both the Baldwinsville Women of the Moose Auxiliary #644 and VFW Ladies Auillary Post 153.

Margaret was thought of as the adopted mother of Ruth and Bruce Tompkins of Baldwinsville and their 6 children and 16 grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; and many dear friends.

Calling hours 10am to 12pm Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Graveside services and burial to follow at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Syracuse.
