Margaret Wallenstein Conway, 85, of Syracuse, N.Y., passed away Monday, May 31, 2010 at St. Camillus Nursing Home while surrounded by her loving family. Born in Darmstadt, Germany on October 14, 1924, to Johann and Maria Wallenstein, Margaret met and married MSgt. Michael A. Conway. Making their home in the Valley area of Syracuse they had two sons, Michael P. Conway (Maureen) of Baldwinsville, N.Y. and Timothy W. Conway (Dana) of Kentucky. "Oma" instilled pride, ethics and morals in her family along with equal portions of love.

She lost the love of her life when her husband passed away in 1982. We celebrate the belief that they are joined together now in a better life.

Margaret is survived by her sons and daughters in law, as well as 3 very special grandsons, Adam, Brian and Joshua, as well as, her surrogate daughter Karen French Conway.

Services will be at St. Augustine's Church in Baldwinsville on Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Noon.
