Lyman "Duke" Buckley, 78, of Baldwinsville died Thursday, October 26, 2006 at James Square Health & Rehabilitation Centre. He was born in Syracuse and lived in the Syracuse area most of his life.. Duke was a grounds keeper at the New York State Fair for many years. He was predeceased by his parents and nine siblings.

Survivors: a brother, Robert S. Buckley, Sr. of Chittenango; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00am Monday, October 30, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial in St. Peter's Cemetery, Oswego. Calling hours are 2-5pm Sunday, October 29, 2006 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
