Lydia B. Chamberlain Fay, 82, of Baldwinsville passed away Friday, October 2, 2015, at Crouse Hospital. She was born and raised in Schenevus, NY and lived in Baldwinsville most of her adult life. Lydia was employed in the cafeteria with the Baldwinsville School District for many years. She was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and she enjoyed gardening and camping.

She is predeceased by he husband Robert and two sons, John and Jack.

Survivors: her daughters, Linda Miller of Baldwinsville, Cheryl Mack of Ohio and Michele (Ken) Palocy of Syracuse.

Services: 11:00 am Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at the Falardeau Funeral Home Baldwinsville with burial to follow in Riverview Cemetery.

Calling hours are 4:00pm – 7:00pm Monday, October 5, 2015, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
