Louise Wilkinson, 102, a 75 year resident of Baldwinsville, passed away January 8, 2021, at Syracuse Home. She was born in Port Colborne, ON, Canada May 19, 1918, to the late Louis J. and Loueisa (Misener) Shickluna.
At 18, Louise graduated from St. Joseph's Nursing School, in Guelph, Ontario, as a Registered Nurse. In the late 1930's she immigrated to the US where she met her husband, the late Robert B Wilkinson. Louise's greatest passions were traveling and more importantly her family.

In addition to her parents and husband, Louise is predeceased by 9 siblings. Surviving is her daughter, Ellen L. Wilkinson; son, Robert S. (Mary) Wilkinson; grandchildren, Dr. Susannah (Dr. Ted) Bauman, Melissa (Timothy) Ryan, Stephen Rogers, Matthew Rogers, Sarah (Steve) Ladd, Kate LaVerne, Barbara (Brian) Dwyer, Michael R. Wilkinson; as well as 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, services will be private. A public memorial service will be planned at a later date. Louise will be laid to rest in Forest Hills Cemetery, Utica. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Syracuse Home or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
