Lorene C. Lasher, 84, passed away at home Tuesday, August 4 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Syracuse to Loren and Dorothy Cook and was a longtime resident of Baldwinsville. Lorene was a proud homemaker, while raising 3 children, she enjoyed canning, knitting, and all the responsibilities of making a comfortable loving home for her family. Lorene loved camping with her family in Old Forge and loved listening to music wherever she went.
Lorene is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard Lasher; children, Cynthia (James) Morris, Richard II (Barbara) Lasher, and Edward (Colleen) Lasher; sister, Barbara (Carl) Colombo; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are 4-7 pm Thursday, August 6 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 am Friday, August 7 at St. Augustine's Church, 7333 O'Brien Rd Baldwinsville. Burial is in Riverview Cemetery.
