Leona C. Madden Payne, 102, of Baldwinsville passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Birchwood Health Care Center. She was born in Erie, PA. Leona was a member of First Baptist Church of Baldwinsville and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She loved to tend to her flower gardens and was an avid reader.

The Family would like to extend a special thank you the Birchwood Heath Care Center, especially the third floor.

Leona was predeceased by her husband Robert C. Sr.; son Donald and her grandson Gregory.

Survivors: Son Robert C. (Jean) Payne Jr.; daughter-in-law Mary Houghtaling; grandchildren Donna (Saul) Sheck, David (Claire) Payne, Jeffrey (Denise) Payne, Christopher (Roy McCarthy) Payne, Sharon Payne, Gerald (Laurie) Payne, Kevin Payne,& Linda Payne; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services: Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 10am at the Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday 4 to 7pm at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville.
