Leona I. Cox, 91, of Baldwinsville passed away Sunday. She was born in York, NY and lived in Baldwinsville most of her life. Leona was employed with General electric for over 26 years.
She was very artistic with painting, needle point, crocheting, and knitting and she loved to travel with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Edward.
Surviving are her daughters; Linda (Michael) Gray, Debra (John) Knapp, Sandra Sigl, Susan (Timothy) Carr; sons, David (Dawn) Cox, John (Audry) Truglio, James(Carol) Truglio, and Robert Truglio; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are 4:00pm – 7:00pm Thursday at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville with a service to follow at 7:00pm. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimers's Association, CNY Chapter, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204-1305.
