Leona J. Commane, 87, of Phoenix and formerly of Baldwinsville, passed away on Tuesday at Iroquois Nursing Home.  Born in Syracuse, she was raised and lived most of her life in Baldwinsville.  Leona was employed with Syroco until her retirement.  She was an avid gardener and enjoyed spending time with her friends "the four amigos".  Leona was predeceased by her daughter, Mary Jo Commane.  She is survived by her sons, Scott L., David A., Michael E., and John; 11 grandchildren.

A calling hour will held, Monday June 12 from 10 -11 a.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home.  A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
