Leo W. Welch, 80, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, February 24, 2007 at his home.
Services: 11:00am Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St., Baldwinsville. Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. There are no calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has charge of arrangements.
