Lawrence E. Dyer, Jr, 72, passed away at home on Wednesday, October 11. He was born in Jefferson County to Lawrence, Sr. and Lois Harrison Dyer. He was a machinist with Carrier Corp for 38 years. Lawrence enjoyed golfing and hunting. He loved his dogs, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Lawrence is predeceased by his parents and sisters, Christine Sullivan and Linda Uitos.

Lawrence is survived by his wife of 43 years, Roberta Crosby Dyer; son, Maxwell (Katharine) Dyer; grandchildren, Madeline and Andrew Dyer; sisters, Susan (Rodney) Craig, Kathleen Hollenbeck, Jane (Ralph) Reeves, and Barbara Jo Moon; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 1-3 pm Sunday, October 15 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. A 3 pm service will follow at the funeral home.
