Kevin J. Peterson, 50, of Dayton, TN, passed away Friday, May 7, 2010 at his home. He was a native of Baldwinsville and was a 1978 graduate of C.W. Baker High School. He was a US Navy veteran and served on the USS Abraham Lincoln. Kevin worked as an auto technician on the dealership level. He also owned and operated his own auto business, "Advanced Auto Electric", where he designed and built high performance engines.

Survivors: his parents, James and Karen Peterson of Baldwinsville; his maternal grandmother, Marian Britton of Baldwinsville; a brother, Mark S. (Kathi) Peterson of Rochester; sisters, Beth A. (David) Carpenter of Watervliet, Lynn M. (James) Cayea of Baldwinsville and Gale S. Peterson of Baldwinsville; his life companion, Shannon Krogh of Dayton, TN; and 8 nieces and nephews.

Services: 12:00pm Friday, May 14, 2010 at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
