Kenneth R. Troast, 74, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013. He was born on August 11, 1938 to Kenneth and Lillian Troast and was raised in Minoa where he spent most of his life. He was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War, serving on the USS Randolph. Ken retired from Cazanovia Golf Club. He loved fishing, hunting and most of all camping at Cedar Point State Park. He was predeceased by his parents, his sister, Frances Downey and brother, David.

Surviving are his wife of 24 years, the former Kathleen Van Gorden; one son, Kenneth (Kelly) Troast; 4 daughters, Kathleen (Pio) Stone-Parolin, Kelly (Gary) Way, Christine (Fred) Galway and Michele (Jim) Belge; 3 step-sons, Stanley (Denise), Jason (Mandy) and James Bartoszewski; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Patricia Lamb and Linda McCombie; brother, Lewell Troast; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
