Kenneth H. Rice, 61, of Memphis died Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at Crouse Hospital. He was a native of Baldwinsville and lived in Memphis the past 28 years. Ken was the owner of Rice Roofing.

Surviving are his wife of 38 years, the former Carolyn Miles; a daughter, Dawn Williams and her husband Daniel of Memphis; two grandchildren, Sarah and Bryan; a brother, Edward L. Rice and his wife, Dorothy of Memphis; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were at the convenience of the family at the Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Burial in Riverview Cemetery.
