Kathy S. Mullin, 57, of Baldwinsville passed away Sunday, October 14, 2007 at home. She was born in Fulton on June 18, 1950 to parents James and Caroline Shampine. Kathy was a registered nurse and worked for Crouse Hospital in the Preemie Unit for a short time and retired after 15 years from the Onondaga County Health Dept. in 1995 due to illness. She leaves behind her devoted friend and caretaker, Norma Sjoblom, whose love and patience has been a great source of strength to Kathy during her long battle with cancer.

Survivors: her son Gary (Kelly) Mullin, Jr. of Richmond, VA; her daughter, Carol (Danny) Sullivan of Mauldin, SC; a brother, James Shampine of Redondo Beach, CA; 2 grandchildren, Garin Mullin and Jenna Sullivan; and a niece and a nephew.

Services: 7:00pm Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial, Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 4-7pm Thursday, prior to the services.
