Katherine (Kay) Bernard, 89, passed away Thursday, January 3. She was born in Franklinville, NY to Frank and Frances Terhune Hahn. Kay moved to Baldwinsville in 1951 with her husband. She was a long time parishioner and volunteer at St. Mary's Church and an active volunteer for the Baldwinsville Meals on Wheels.

Kay was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Mathew Bernard. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy L. (Robert) Phillips and Kristen L. Harroun; three sons, Mark L., Monte L., and Martin L. (Denise Wolniak); 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 am Monday, January 7 at St. Mary's Church in Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 2-4 pm Sunday, January 6 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville.
