Obituary

Karen A. Baker Neupert, 50, of Syracuse died Friday. She was born in Syracuse. She was a 1969 graduate of Solvay High School. She was a computer operator for 25 years with Believers' Chapel in Cicero, where she was a member. She volunteered with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She ran a support group in her home for women with breast cancer. She was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association.

Survivors: Her husband of 31 years, Robert J.; two sons, Robert J. II of North Syracuse and David J. of Liverpool; four sisters, Patricia M. Baker of Ringwood, N.J., Julie A. Svitak of Syracuse, Marie E. Mazzeo of Chittenango and Janet A. Baker of The Woodlands, Texas; three brothers, James E. Baker Jr. of Weedsport, Michael R. Baker of Manlius and Joseph G. Baker of North Syracuse; five grandchildren.

Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Believers' Chapel. Burial, Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the church, Northern Boulevard and Thompson Road, Cicero.
