Karen L. Hamm, 73, of Baldwinsville passed away Friday, September 16, 2016, at Crouse Hospital.


She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Eric) Lonnstrom; grandchildren, Corey Webber, Tylor Webber and Ericka Lonnstrom; her siblings, Beverly Bartlett, Jeanne Jessmore, Connie DiDomenico, James Hamm and Gary Hamm; several; nieces and nephews.


Services: 11:00 am Saturday, September 24, 2016, at Vineyard Church, 312 Lakeside Road, Syracuse, NY 13209.
