Julie A. (Elpers) Otis, 30, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Evansville, IN and has lived in the Baldwinsville area the past several years. Julie was a 2005 graduate of the University of Evansville and was employed as an engineer at Ryan Biggs Skaneateles Falls, NY.

Survivors: her husband, Jamie Otis and son, Anthony Otis; her parents Linda and Leonard Elpers of Evansville; a sister, Angela McDonald of Akron, OH; her maternal grandmother, Irma Bittner of Haubstadt, IN and her paternal grandmother, Valeria Elpers of Evansville, IN

Calling hours are 5-8pm Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville, NY 13027. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 10:00am In St. Mary's Church Baldwinsville with burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
