Joyce M. Jewett Sweeting, 80, of Baldwinsville died Monday, September 28 at Loretto. She was born in Lisbon, New Hampshire on June 4, 1935. She retired from Big M Markets in Elbridge after more than 20 years. Joyce was a former member of the Baldwinsville Moose Lodge and the Jordan–Elbridge Lyons Club. She was predeceased by her husband Grover in 1975.
Survived by: children: Donna Marks Whitelaw of Lake Placid, Tina Diamond of Texas, Ed (Fran) Marks and Aaron (Annmarie) Marks both of Baldwinsville; sister: Marjorie Wilcox of Constantia; brother: Theodore (Sally) Jewett of Syracuse; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Services: Saturday, October 3 at 2pm in Falardeau Funeral Home, burial to follow in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are Friday, October 2 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
