Joyce M Cico, 82 of Baldwinsville passed away on Sunday at Crouse Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Raised in Orchard Park, NY, Joyce moved to Syracuse at age 18 where she met and married the late Patrick Cico. Joyce was an avid Giants and SU fan. She enjoyed playing golf, and there was nothing that compared to time spent with her granddaughters. In addition to her husband, Joyce was predeceased by her brother Glen Palmer. She is survived by her children; Ruth Cico, Patrick (Donna) Cico, brothers; David and Bruce Palmer, and sister Karen Galde, granddaughters; Brianna, Stephanie and Ashley. A calling hour will be held from 10-11 am with a Funeral Service beginning at 11 am on Wednesday, November 10, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to GBAC or the Lakeside Vol. Fire Dept.
