Joy A. Johnston, 80, passed away November 9 after a brief illness. She was a lifelong resident of the Baldwinsville area. She enjoyed gardening and canning, but most of all loved being with her family. Joy was a great person and she will be forever remembered for her great sense of humor.

Joy is predeceased by her husband, Alan, and son, Jay Johnston.

Joy is survived by her sons, Lee (Sandro) Johnston and Dale (Rebekah) Johnston; sister, Luella Perrin; 2 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours are 4-6 pm Friday, November 17, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, with a service to follow at 6 pm. A graveside service will be 10 am Saturday, November 18 at Riverview Cemetery in Baldwinsville.
