Joseph "Joe" Robert Soutar, 76, of Tampa Fl, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.  Born in Syracuse, he retired from Tampa Electric after many years.

Joe enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Madelin Soutar; two brothers, James and David Soutar.

Surviving are his partner, Martha Hamblen; two daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Murphy and Amanda Jo Soutar; step-children, David (Mandie) Hamblen and Dawn (Jose) Figueroa; siblings, Roberta (Paul) Goldthwait, Mary Parker, Robert (Jacqueline) Soutar, Paula (Michael) Skvarch, and Michael (Diane) Soutar; grandchildren, Austin, Michael-Deyvon, Illyana, Alexa, and Jorja; great-grandchildren, Emma-Grace, Mateo, and Malakai; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 22, at 11:00 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.  A celebration of life will follow at Bob's house.
