Joseph L. Richter, 65, of Baldwinsville, passed away Friday, January 11, 2008 at his home. He was born in Syracuse and has lived in the Baldwinsville area most of his life. He was a route salesman in the Dairy Industry for many years and was also an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War.

Survivors: his wife of 26 years, Carlene F.; two daughters, Karen A. Seeley of Johnstown and Kathleen A. Cunningham of Baldwinsville; a son, William R. Windish of Etowah, TN; his mother, Eleanor L. Richter of Baldwinsville; a sister, Anne K. Richter of Syracuse; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

Services: 10:30am Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 11:00am at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 3-6pm Monday, January 14, 2008 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
