Joseph A. Harper, 50, of Baldwinsville passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013, at St. Josephs Hospital. He was born in Syracuse, raised in Camillus and resided in Baldwinsville the past 14 years. He was a graduate of West Genesee High School, was a Paramedic at Rural Metro in Syracuse for over 20 years and was a life member of the Fairmount Volunteer Fire Dept. Joe was also a member of the Baldwinsville Fire Department and a former member of the Liverpool Fire Dept. He was a volunteer with WAVES and the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps.

Survivors: his wife of 27 years the former, Nancy A. Siepiola; his children, Stephanie, Tony and Amy; his brothers, John (Michelle) Harper and Jim (Sharon) Harper; two nieces and two nephews.

The family would like to thank the nurses at St. Josephs Hospital in Unit 3-2 and also in the MICU.

Services: 8:30am Thursday, November 14, 2013, at the Falardeau Funeral Home and 9:00am in St. Mary's Church Baldwinsville. Burial at a later date in Liverpool Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-8pm Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
