Joseph A. Bartelli, 77, of Baldwinsville died Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Sunrise Nursing Home, Oswego. He was born in New York City and moved to Baldwinsville in 1972. He was a former executive with White Modell stores; his last position with the company was as regional manager of White Modell's central New York stores. He later was self employed for many years.

Survivors: his wife of 53 years, Rita; daughter, Jan Bartelli of NY City; 8 sons, Robert and his wife Kathryn of Lemars, Iowa, Mark, Ronald and Kenneth and his wife Cathy of Baldwinsville, Matthew of Liverpool, Michael and his wife Lisa of Charlotte, NC, Richard of Clifton Park, NY and Daniel and his wife Michelle of Baldwinsville; 10 grandchildren, Nicholas, Jessica, Andrew, Sara, Christina, Matthew, Davianna, Brandon, Alivia and Brooke. Joseph was predeceased by his granddaughter, Breanna, in March. He is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law, Mary Tabacco, Gloria DiPersio and Dorothy Contrino; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 3:00pm Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 1-3pm Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service, 93 Downer Street.
