Jordan M. Campolito, 26, of Baldwinsville passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 6.

Surviving are his mother, Tracey Brown and his step-father Christian Talarico; his father, David Campolito; significant other Erika Wing; daughter, Gulianna Campolito; brothers, Justin (Marie) Campolito, Christian Talarico, and Jacob Campolito; sister, Sydney Talarico; maternal grandmother, Verda Tarbell; paternal grandmother, Helen Campolito; maternal great-grandmother, Loretta Harris; niece, Alyiah Campolito; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jordan was predeceased by his grandfather, Richard Tarbell.

Calling hours are 4-8pm Monday, March 11 at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St. Baldwinsville. Services will be 9:30am Tuesday, March 12 at the funeral home with burial following in Riverview Cemetery.
