John Walter Kozikowski, 74, of Baldwinsville passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday. . He was born in Syracuse, raised in in East Syracuse and graduated from Jamesville – Dewitt High School. John was an Insurance Agent for Allstate Insurance Co. in Baldwinsviile for many years and was an active member of Grace Episcopal Church. "John will be deeply missed and cherished in loving memory always."

Survivors: his wife, Gail Hadden Kozikowski; his children, Craig Kozikowski, Jennifer Blount, Paige Dolecki, and Pamela Kozlikowski; 18 grandchildren; his sisters, Alice Harvey and Karen Ciotti; several nieces and nephews.

Services: Will be held April 15, 2016 at 11:00am in Grace Episcopal Church Baldwinsville, with burial to follow in Grace Church Memorial Garden
