John ''Jack'' Golden, 75, of Baldwinsville, died Friday, January 10, 2003. Born in Syracuse, he graduated from Baldwinsville Academy. He retired in 1991 after 17 years as a food buyer for Schrivner in Syracuse and previously worked 30 years for A&P Foods.

Survivors: His wife of 41 years, the former Jean D. Bachner; three daughters, Jan Golden, Jill Golden and Jodi Golden, all of Baldwinsville; a brother, Stephen of Liverpool.

Services: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at Falardeau Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, January 13, 2003 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
