John F. Carroll, 78, of Baldwinsville, died Monday, March 24, 2008, at Elderwood Health Care Center. He was born in New York City and had lived in the Baldwinsville area since 1988. John was retired from Citi Bank after over 25 years of service. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors: his wife of 34 years, Beatrice Carroll; two daughters, Karen Curry of Long Island and Maryann Daly of CT; a son, John Oley of Long Island; two stepsons, Donald E. (Teresa) Barker of Baldwinsville and Dennis Barker of Maine; two sisters, Catherine Rohan and Margaret Oley both of Long Island; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
