John A. Bocyck, Jr., 68, of Baldwinsville passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014, at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. He was born in Syracuse, raised and spent most all his life in Baldwinsville. John was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was employed for over 40 years with the Carrier Corporation in Syracuse.

He is survived by his siblings, Janet Ryan of Summerville, SC, Kathy Pope, Deborah (Patrick Guido) Gerace and Robert (Kathy) Bocyck all of Baldwinsville and nine nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:30am Saturday, November 29, 2014, at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial in Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, November 28, 2014, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
