Joanne M. Palmisano, 78, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Saturday February 12, 2022 at Upstate University Hospital.

Joanne was born February 13, 1943. A lifelong resident of Syracuse, she married the love of her life and raised her family. The love for her family always remained steadfast. Joanne found her strength and love in her relationship with Jesus Christ her Savior. She was very active in her Bible Study and Life Group.

She is preceded by her father, Fred Lenway; her mother, Betty DePue; and sisters Lonnie Kunert and Victoria Wicks.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank Palmisano; her children Sherry Cole, Frank (Karen) Palmisano Jr., Debbie (Phil) Spencer, and Tracey (Eric) Fioramonti, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother's Fred (Sharon) Lenway, Greg (Fay) Lenway, Amos DePue, and her sister Juleen Lade.

Calling hours will be Saturday, February 19 from 12 to 2 PM at Word of Life Assembly of God, 12 E. Oneida St. Baldwinsville, NY 13027 Funeral Service to follow at 2PM Burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Syracuse.
