Joan K. Peterson, 75, passed away Wednesday, June 27 at home with family by her side. Joan was a woman with a deep well of love for her family. Joan is predeceased by her loving husband of 48 years, Lonnie, along with her brothers Vernon Korthas and James Korthas.

Joan is survived by her daughter Mindy (Chris) Caporin; sons Alonzo (Regina) Peterson and John Peterson; sister Bernice Baker; 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 5-8 pm Friday, June 29 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Prayer service is at 9:30 am Saturday, June 30 at Falardeau Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 am Saturday, June 30 at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville, NY.
