Jo Ellen Brown LaPlante, 65, of Baldwinsville passed away at home Wednesday, August 22, 2012. Jo Ellen was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville and she loved to knit, crochet and needlepoint.

Survivors: Her daughter, Patricia (Cliff) Brown of PA.; 2 sons, Michael (Kathleen) LaPlante of Phoenix and Scott (Kristen) LaPlante of Elmira; her brother, David Brown of Lowville; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.

Services: 9:30am Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Falardeau Funeral Home and 10:00am at St. Mary's Church. Burial in Riverview Cemetery at a later date. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, August 24, 2012 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
