Jo-Ann Smart Skiff, 74, of Seneca Knolls went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family Friday, November 1, 2003, at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Syracuse and lived in the area all her life. Jo-Ann was a member of the Amboy-Belle Isle United Church. Her love of her family was always upmost in her mind and she loved taking pictures and scrapbooking for her children and grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her father, William Smart, a son, Donald, her brothers, William and Ricki Smart.

Survivors: her husband of 56 years, Sherwood Skiff; her children, Shari Skiff; Tammy (Sean) Kimber, Dawn (Scott) Price, John (Paula) and Robert (Irene); her mother, Josephine Smart; a sister, Donna Mills; her brothers, James and Ronald Smart; 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Services will be 11:00am Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at the Amboy-Belle Isle United Church, 6190 Airport Rd.
