Obituary

Jeffery "Jeff" Manzo, 63, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully on January 29th, 2019 at the Francis House after a courageous fight against ALS. Raised in Norwood, New Jersey, he spent 40 years working as a machinist for Anheuser Busch; first in Newark, NJ and the remaining 37 years in Baldwinsville. Jeff spent his life selflessly caring for his family and advocating for those in need. Known as "Coach Jeff" to his Special Olympic basketball and golf athletes, he was involved with Special Olympics for over 15 years. Jeff spent his free time cheering on his children at their various sporting events, passionately rooting for the Mets, and making cherished memories with loved ones. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 36 years, Edna Manzo. Children – Jeffrey Manzo (Meghan Bohrer), Thomas (Valerie) Manzo, and Elizabeth Manzo. Grandchildren – Keller and Sawyer Manzo. Sisters – Joann Ryan, Claire (Thomas) VanWaes, and Mary Manzo.

Services:10:00am February 2nd at Pope John XXIII Church, 8290 Soule Rd, Liverpool, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 4:00 – 7:30pm February 1st at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville.
