Jeffrey S. Jacobs, of Baldwinsville, passed away on August 29, 2025.

Jeff was a cherished member of his family and a loyal friend to many. His easygoing nature and quick sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

A passionate sports fan, Jeff especially loved cheering for the Yankees and Chargers. He also enjoyed writing, watching movies, collecting comic books, and playing cards with friends. His two cats, Taco and Falco, brought him many hours of happiness.

He was predeceased by his mother, Janet Jacobs.

Jeff is survived by his parents, Ronald and Jane Decerce Jacobs; his brother Bryan Jacobs (Patty); and his sisters, Jessica Tylenda-Doran (Ken), Jessica Decerce, and Janice Gennario (Carlo). He will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews-Leah and Ethan Jacobs, Kelsey and Taylor Tylenda, Jacob Doran, Carlo (Kathleen) and Joey Gennario - as well as his great-nephew, Vincenzo Gennario.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at Seneca Hemodialysis for their dedicated care and support over the years.
