Jeanne L. Dugan, 77 of Phoenix and formerly Baldwinsville, passed away at home, surrounded by her family on August 17, 2024, 13 years to the day after the passing of her late husband Peter J. Dugan, Sr.

Jeanne was born in Baldwinsville, the youngest of four children born to the late Walter and Mary Sands. She graduated from Baldwinsville High School and was later employed with Onondaga County for 30 years.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jeanne is predeceased by her brothers, Walter Sands, and Robert "Bob" Sands.

Surviving are her children, Peter Dugan, Jr., and Alicia Chambers; 3 grand children; and a sister, Diane Johnson.

At Jeanne's request there will be no services.
